I am a spiritual healer, dedicated to healing the earth and the souls that accompany it.
All of life is full of wonder and challenges and immense beauty.
I enjoy helping people to acknowledge the gifts and positive aspects about themselves.
I do personal healing sessions and also teach Reiki classes to those who seek to heal others.
Reiki I practice is a gentle form of natural healing that promotes peace and relaxation,
reduces pain and helps your body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Reiki helps to reduce pain, anxiety and stress; helps to increase vitality;
and helps you to sleep better at night.
We all have healing energy in our bodies, which keeps everything in balance.
That energy is low when we’re sick. This process helps to increase your energy supply
and brings everything back into balance again.
Reiki (ray-key) is a spiritually guided technique used to channel energy which aids in the body's natural ability to heal itself.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle energy healing technique that helps to relax body and mind and rebalances emotional, physical and spiritual energies, promoting healing and well-being. Everyone can benefit from Reiki. It is a safe, non-invasive technique that can be used to treat physical conditions, help balance the emotions or simply to wind down and feel better.
You can enjoy the benefits of Reiki by receiving individual Reiki treatments or by taking the Reiki courses, which will enable you to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. Once you have completed Reiki I and II, further course options are, Advanced Reiki training and Reiki Master training for those who wish to teach.
